Re: value bet river nl 50
I actually like flat calling the donk bet here. There are no draws to protect against, this is a WA/WB situation I think. If he has a king, let him keep betting it into you. I like the turn raise because by that point you want to get more money in this pot and it seems like he isnt too confident with his hand by that small bet. As played, I bet like 15-20 on river, but I think I like 15 better. The ace might scare him and you dont want to push him off his king.

Re: value bet river nl 50
i raise flop and then bet out turn. hes not folding a king imo...
as for the river bet like 17-18 bucks and expect a call unless he was drawing (to what idk) also if the BB is 1 dollar why is the buy in cap at 50...now that i see this im lookin to get it all in by river..which means raise more pf cause this looks like a min raise. say 4-5,bet 9 on flop, 22 on turn and then push river. cause were only playin 50BB or 45BB in the case of villian behind. for some reason this buy in feels wierd and i think it could be a mess up in the converter but not sure do clarify |

Re: value bet river nl 50
Why are we raising flop here though? You dont know that he isnt folding a king, so why even give him the chance to? Have the initiative here doesnt really matter at all. Just let him bet into you and take it from there on the flop. I think raising here is actually pretty bad. Are you folding to a push? How many unknowns 3 bet all in with tpgk honestly?

[/ QUOTE ] as i look back ur right. i didnt see his flop AF was way higher than his overall AF. hes gonna bet flops a lot. i think ur correct and we need to let him just hang himself and raise turn |

Re: value bet river nl 50
I would just make my standard c-bet on the flop here.
On the turn, I would c/r a good amount. As played I would make a really small bet like 12, or shove, depending on villain and my image. |
