Default AP high stakes games pulled

AP has pulled for some reason the 200/400 and the nl 25/50 from there site. I don't understand why they would do this. I have never seen a poker site actually go down in stakes before. I called in and the first guy said that management made the decision and he didn't know why. Then I asked him if I could speak with someone with management and he put me on hold and then 5 minutes later I got disconnected (hung up on maybe?). Then I call back and get a different rep. and he tells me the guy I just talk to went to lunch lol (joke) and he would assist me. When I asked him he put me on hold for a second and said he beleives staff is doing maintenance on those tables and they should be back up in the next few hours. So I really don't know what is going on over at AP but they still don't have the tables back up and it seems know one has any clue on what is going on administratively.
