Default Lottery and gambling license, where should I locate?

Hello all.

Me and a couple of friends are starting up a new project too be finished in the end of the year. It concerns online gambling and online lottery (guessing u have heard this before ) Anyway, we feel confident in our Idea and have now reached as far as we need too get a company up and running and also an online gambling and lottery licens. In the beginning we just want too get one as cheaply as possible too see if our idea holds and not get ruined in the process. Have read alot on the Internet but cant seem too be able too find which country has the easiest and cheapest licenses. If u have any idea plz post the name of the country here and perhaps also a link too where u got the information. Sry if this have been discussed before. Searched but didnt find anything.

Need to locate in Europe (EEC).

That makes any winnings taxfree for (most of) your european players.

I live in Denmark and there are a lot of focus on that in regards to poker.

Thats why (for europeans) it is just plain crazy to play at i.e. PokerStars (non EEC - 55+% tax of winnings) compared to PartyPoker (EEC - 0% tax of winnings).

Why all pokersites doesnt move to Europe (Gibraltar, Malta) i do not understand !!!

Especially since the Europe-market is even more interesting after the US ban.
