Default Ak nl 50

stats: 58/8/1.5 only 12 hands but I saw him play very fishy hands before

Hero ($56.80)
BB ($50.75)
UTG ($53.20)
MP ($66.95)
Button ($50.00)

Preflop: Hero is SB with A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
UTG raises to $1, MP folds, Button folds, Hero raises to $4.25, BB folds, UTG calls $3.25.

Flop: ($9) 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)

your 3 bet is kinda big, but not to bad.

you really really need to lead this flop.

Agreed, lead the flop to gain information, slow it down after that.

shoving gives your opponent fold equity and you outs to over pairs

no information necessary, lead flop and push if he raises.

since we checked, i push now, its bit of an overbet, but it the best choice.

The more fishy villain is, the more your folding equity goes down (shove gets worse) and implied odds get better (since he might call with any mid-club in hand when there are 4 on the board).

I prefer just calling if the villain is loose passive. If he is prone to bluffing, shove should be fine.
