God damn it, why does everyone suck now?

Today in 1200 hands with like 200 at 400nl HU the most I won in a hand was $67. My W$aSD in the HU match was 9%...

Yeah I've only stacked one person in my last 3k hands.. it's been a slow decline.

Lately I have been focusing on getting maximum value out of each hand. However, this has gotten me in trouble in a few hands lately. Situation where I would have checked behind on the river, but felt I need to bet to get maximum value and was wrong. Therefore losing more money than I would have.

For example, I turned a 9 high flush in a three way pot this morning. On the river it was checked to me in pos. My instinct was to check behind due to the 9 high thing. However, I bet it trying to get maximum value and lost to a T high flush.

Am I just being results oriented? Any advice / tips on these types of decisions.
