Default 10/20 QQ overpair w/side pot

BB is a total and complete donk. His range is any 2 big cards, any pair. UTG is also terrible. He's like 50/10 and does this miniraise thing with just about everything and anything. I don't know what to make of his preflop cold call though. He did call pretty quick. Couple things first:

1. Does anybody reopen the betting preflop?
2. Who raises the flop?

475 seems far to small. I can't imagine that you would be behind here, and the pot has nearly 2k by my reckoning. The $85 looks like a fairly pitiful blocking bet, but you have to hope your opponent has enough of a hand to stay with you. I would make it $1k.

I don't think the possibility that you are behind here is worth considering.

I can see an argument for making it 1200 TO GO (SEMANTICS; I MEAN 1200 TOTAL) preflop against these guys. On the river, I like an even 1000. If he pushes, call and bust his stupidly-played set.

Why not? Who do you expect has a 4 or a flush given the preflop action? Anyway, there is also this:
