Re: Absolute Poker Scandal: An Inside Job
[ QUOTE ]
[ QUOTE ] But wasn't AP sold to Ultimate bet? Is Scott Tom still an owner or did he get a bunch of cash from UB? [/ QUOTE ] If AP was sold Scott Tom might now be an ex-owner/employee or hold a lower position in the company perhaps. Probably would be some good info to have. [/ QUOTE ] AP was not sold to UB it was the other way around. Regardless the account that appears to be linked at 2+2 to him has spammed us as recently as June. That account admitted after finally being exposed over and over that they were in upper management of AP, made some childish insults and never posted again. It doesn't surprise me at all that such a constant spammer may be involved. Just rememeber everybody that AP was rogue long before this with all their affiliate and bonus terms changes as well as the BBJ changes. The fact that AP turns out to be the room in the biggest online poker scandal ever should not surprise anybody. This also gives a lot more credit to the story several props posted about where they were suspicious this went on years ago to cheat props. |

Re: Absolute Poker Scandal: An Inside Job
Perhaps it is wise to now email the author of the Excel file and let him know he should get out of the office. He could be in danger.

Re: Absolute Poker Scandal: An Inside Job
So Scott Tom now owns UB in addition to AP.
Nice to know he's the guy who's writing Phil Hellmuth's cheques. |

[ QUOTE ] does mark seif kick it with this dude? do people see him at tournies? Is he going to be disappearing soon? [/ QUOTE ] Mark introduced me to Scott at the Five Diamonds in 05. Scott told me how him and three of his frat buddies started AP. If I remember right Scott was selling out back then. I didnt see him at any of the WSOP 06 functions. [/ QUOTE ] I think this is pretty scary considering the Seif accusations dating back two years. |
