Default Bad Leakage

As I've progressed in poker, I've seemed to have developed a problem of "leakage." This is how it seems to happen: I'll sit down at a table full of strangers. Within 10 hands I've got a pretty good read of the aggressive, passive, donk players and within 20-30 hands I've got a pretty good read of their tells, betting style, etc. and play appropriately. My problem is, I seem to get too relaxed (or maybe overconfident). When this happens, I start giving away signs. It's only a problem when I'm at a table with really good players; by about 40-50 hands they start to get some reads on me and we all know what happens after that. I've caught myself several times, but I'm wondering how many tells I'm giving off without me even being aware of it. I am curious if there are any mental exercises that would help with this. Thanks.

Default Re: Bad Leakage

when u drive down the road, try to keep a straight poker face and use yur eyes to look to the left and right without moving yur head, unless its necessary of course.

its not easy but its something u can do for practice while yur driving around. kill 2 birds with one stone
