with cingular you get what you pay for. while it may be a little pricy they are very reliable and the customer service is great imo. they are always very cooperative on the phone.

about 10% of the RAZR users that i know like their phone. many have had long term problems with it. i'd avoid that

are you looking for upper range, smart phones? or standard camera phone type.

Pokerroom lets you play [censored] for real $$ with some cell phones. Here is the list of phones they support.. any opinions on which is the best?

T-Mobile + RAZR, been happy with both for a few years now.

I'm in my last week of training for Customer Service Rep for Cingular(actually, I work for another company but we do customer service for Cingular) and from what I hear there are a lot of problems with Razr phones. I'd probably stay away from them if I were you... especially if you think you'll drop it occasionally. At the center I work for we take calls for the Southeast US mainly and we're told to try to help the customer out as best we can, but there are lazy people and some that try to rush through calls. We give out a lot of 1 time credits for things that we shouldn't, and if something is our fault you should get a credit for sure. If you don't think you're getting treated fairly ask to be transfered to resolutions, they're usually more willing to cave to customer demands, especially if you're a customer that's been with Cingular for awhile or near the end of your contract.
