Default WHAT UP WITH THE MORONIC PAYOUT STRUCTURE IN PS MILLION (or MORON ME)?

Anyone else think this is more like the 20% payout structures? This standard in the million??? The fish are all disappearing anyway there's no sense in letting some fish (incl. me) keep one entry by finishing 400th

Fish aren't just gonna leave poker....I dont like it either, but from PS standpoint it still makes sense.

Couple Things:
-Majority of entrants still sat in
-2700 in the event today falls at the beginning of a payout tier (2600 is the start of it). It is a 15% payout, however, like any payout tier if entries falls at the beginning the percent paid is more then the payout structure as the numbers are taken from the middle of each tier, in this case 15%

I agree it makes sense but then shouldn't this have been the standard all along (or has it)? I could be entirely wrong. I personally would rather see higher payouts for 9th-36th places or something similar. That's why I like the 300 tournaments, if you manage to play well you usually at least nearly double your buy in. Personal preference and I guess I just didn't think it seemed consistent with past practice.
