I'm arrive in Bangkok on Nov 2nd. I was planning on checking out the sights there for a couple of days but I read that the full moon party in Koh Pha-Ngan is on the 5th. It it a must do?

Leaving for Thailand on Friday! Still don't know where to stay in Bangkok, looked at the grand president and it was nice but then I saw "Need to be 21 to check-in" [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]
Edit: Rembrandt Hotel 19 Sukhumvit Soi 18 Pichit looks pretty good.. I guess we're looking for <$100/night, near most of the stuff, 3-4stars+. Edit #2: I think this looks really nice considering.. we'll only be staying in bangkok for a few days then it's off to phuket and the likes. Asia Hotel Bangkok 296 Phayathai Road |
