Default FTP26$: Should I CB with my AK after 3-bet PF?

Hi guys. This is the 14kg DS, 26$ buyin. I'm new to the table, so readless.

Comments on PF and flop?

Full Tilt Poker
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $25/$50
9 players
Converter

Stack sizes:
UTG: $4120
UTG+1: $2435
MP1: $3805

CO: $3470
Button: $2655

i usually bomb these like crazy PF, really encourage folds
unfortunately i feel like there's not really any other way to play the flop but i don't think you win the pot very much at all

So you are saying you like to raise more PF? How is a call here? At least we will be playing a small pot OOP, not a big one.

Uhm, and TT, 99, 88 etc. I mean come on.

Anyway, these spots really suck, and I hate them. They happen all the time. Bet/fold I guess, but it really sucks.

This is a terrible terrible flop that I think we get shoved on a huge % of the time. I don't think cbetting is very +EV. Can anyone show ranges for this and how often he has to shove for a c bet to be -EV?
