i will say that quiznos is actually really good, but I wish they sill had the cabo chicken

it was chicken (ldo) with guacamole and bacon and delicious

they always get of the stuff I like, like the western bacon chicken sandwich from carl's junior

I don't know what's in Vegas or the Southwest US, but I would suggest fajitas at some Mexican place, or a po'boy/fried chicken/shrimp with tangy spicy sauce at a Southern/Cajun restaurant
