Default It feels like my money at UB taken as hostage! Advice needed!!!!!

Hi all,
This is my story and I need some feedbacks from you guys because this doesnt make sense anymore. It a long one so take a seat back and please read it.

Around 20/3 I get log in error and I send 2 mails during the day to CS at UB.
The trouble I had to solve this is in another post I made so I wont get in to it, but the whole thing was handled very amatour wisely.
The case ends with I send them copies of my utillity bill, creditcard(both sides),bankstatement and photo ID.
My account is opened and no reason why it was blocked in the first place. After my request to know the reason, they tell me it was because I logged in from another place while I was sitted - which I suspected was the reason.
I make a cashout request - Dont feel like playing with UB anylonger.
48 hours has passed. I get several mails from absolutepoker to send them the same documents I alreasy sent UB to get my account opened.
I contact both AP and UB asking them why Im getting contacted by AP and not UB and why they need those.
I get no reply for almost 2 days and get reply from AP that they urge me to call them. Still no reply from UB.
Person in AP tells me AP now owns UB and that is why they contacted me to certify my account. I tell him about my situation already having sent those documents to security at UB and I dont see point in sending then again. He will check that and get back to me within 1 hour. This never happens.
I see from my account that the cashout request is rejected with the reason they are missing documentation to certify my account.
I contact UB again attached the mails I have from the person who recieved the documents confirming that all is fine and who opened my account again.
AP contacts me saying the only thing they need now is the photoID and all is fine. I scan it and mail it and make a cashout request again.
Cahier department contacts me with the mail that the cashout request being subject to random security check and to make it go faster send them photo ID and creditcard copy..... AGAIN!
I give up at this point because I just want to get out of UB and I scan those again and send it.
Get a reply from UB that they got it and they will review it and get back to me within 24 hours.
48hours has gone by now and no reply!

Let me make this clear first. I only play between 30 min to 2 or max 3 hours a day - 3 or 4 times a week. I only play at 10/20, 15/30 and 30/60 SH tables. I play maximum of 2 tables and 3 if it weekend and I play turnement same time - this happends only time to time cause I dont have time to play a tournement for several hours.
I'm not a pro, so my playstyle is very much influenced my many factors and I can feel that in my bankroll. I have never "abused" or made use of the bonus UB gives.
Lately I play more at single BJ when things are going wrong for me at poker and sometimes I recover all my lost+some more or I loose 3,4 or 5 times more.
My account will show no faul play activity what so ever and I have lost more money then I ever cashed out.

Now having read this is it just me or is UB really for some reason not paying my money without any good reason?

Sorry for the long post, but I have suffered from so much stress the last 2 weeks and I only want to put UB behind so I can get on and I didnt know where to turn to but here.

UB/Absolute now is such a joke it's unbelievable.

Yet I still play there because there are so few places for Americans to play... I don't think it's a coincidence at all they have made their bonuses, rakeback, and customer service considerably worse at this time.

I can't wait until the day where online poker isn't a mess in the US anymore and we can all tell those guys to screw themselves.

Honestly, after the way this site handled their "upgrade," I made the decision not to give them anymore action, despite liking the software and site in general. The fact is that I will never give a site action if I am not confident I can get my money, when requested and without unreasonable hassles or delay. UB fails that test - this thread pretty much solidifies it for me.

Withdrew the last of my money there this week... I'll be writing them an email to tell them why soon. Not that they'll care.

Screen name is wildcop.

Still no reply and status of cashout request the same.

Just sent an email to cahier and memberservice at UB to either pay my money asap or come with a statement as to why they are keeping my money.

Will keep you updated on the situation.

Not that I was planning on playing on these sites again anyway. But I have tried to qualify for the Aruba thing on UB before and am always looking for value sites running satellites I think are decent, etc.

But all the stuff about UB these days leaves me with the impression that they just can't be trusted nearly enough.
Won't be playing there until I hear, or get the impression, that they have sorted out these troubles and disorganizations and have somehow stopped screwing with their customers.
