Trainers / Training sites? (Long preamble)

I am a new player to the game of poker, having just started at the beginning of this year.

I have concentrated on LHE, and am having some regular success playing live at $5/$10 and $10/$20. However, I am still a losing player online at $1/$2 to $3/$6. In my defense, between deposit bonuses and live play, I am slightly in the black.

However, I want to get (much) better.

I am doing a lot of reading, and re-reading, including SSHE and this forum, various other books and trying to play as much as possible. Poker is, and always will be, a hobby for me, but my competitive nature makes me want to be the best that I can be.

Who should I speak to for training/mentoring, or what site should I join?

Also, despite this not being the correct forum, I am also interested in LHE MTT play and have found almost zero discussion about this. Help!
