I play a lot with Russ and agrees with Mike l, c/r turn lead river, if he 3 bets turn you just have to pay it off but you are most likely beat, but not enough times to justify a fold. Russ does tend to chk river a lot unless he holds monster or nothing, so you miss a little value from nothing, but more than likely he has some hand or draw which he will call the chk raise on turn.
