another quick PF question

Live 12 game.

UTG is new to the game and I don't recognize him. He just sat down, posted in the CO and then folded every hand until this one. He's a mid-30's white guy wearing a tie, isn't drinking, and has been quiet.

UTG+1 is a strong player who reads hands well. He does a good job getting max value when he is good and rarely pays off better hands. His main flaw is that he's too loose PF - he cold-calls a bit too much and over-defends his blinds. I don't have a good sense of what type of hands he tends to cold-call with, though, because he's usually been folding post-flop. He views me as tight, solid, and straightforward.

if you expect callers behind you then def coldcall. Otherwise prob coldcall anyway, but like it less.
