does anyone have the same problem on UB?

I know this isn't news, views or gossip but UB does drive me crazy.

I get crap like this, yet they don't bother e-mailing me to let me know what's going on.

Yet I can still play on the site?????

I had that for a day or so, then it went back to normal. Which wasnt any better, if you know what i mean.
