Jason Kendall is not the worst player in the league. Are we counting talent per contract dollar or something? He probably wins that.

Pittsburgh also ate $5m of Kendall's salary. You could argue that signing Rhodes in the first place was a Beane mistake. Also, Kendall's offensive production dropped significantly after the trade and I don't know how Beane could have predicted that. My gripe is not so much the trade but that Beane STILL lets Kendall play every freaking day. He belongs of the bench. |
