Marquis is performing about as well as a 4.5 ERA starter.

talk about a pitchers duel, looked bad for the bucs early, leadoff homer in the first, only run of the game. Doesn't get better then that (well, except for the fact that I'm unfortunately a Pirate fan)

Should I keep him on my fantasy team? I just picked him up before yesterdays start.

I don't know if he can keep this up. Maybe the move was good for him but these are career numbers. In STL, his career numbers are much higher. Might as well ride the rush, but his numbers will probally level off a lot.

He has a career BAA of .266, this year he's at .175. Career OBP of .337, this year .242, and a career slugging against of .435, this year .234.

Yay, he's dominated the Pirates and Cardinals. Cy Young!

He's also gotten a little "homer-lucky." You'd expect him to have allowed about 4 more HR right now.

I can't imagine Jason Marquis being useful in fantasy purposes. I imagine from this point forward he'll do something like 8-10 with a 5ish ERA and a 1.5 WHIP. I could be horribly wrong, but I'm probably not.
