Posting Hands From Live Game

Could some one tell me if there is a way that I can post hands that I've played in live games?

I've looked at the different converter sites but I don't see anything that shows how you can post live game hands in a format that will make at least some sense to the other readers. Any suggestions?

Just post it in verbal form, as if you were describing the hand to someone in real life.

And make it readable. Use paragraphs for each street. Summarize # of players, pot size on each street. Something like:
