he would be betting into 3 not 4 players but my logic is flawed in that post you're right. Would 33 not be more likely to just call here on such a dry board faced with pre flop and post-flop aggression from the BB? Just a question.

GRUNCH: this is a very easy fold IMO. i doubt very much a Tagish villain is limping AQ OTB only to go batshit crazy on an A high flop.

LOL I thought for a second that the flop was HU.

With you leading into 3 opponents this is a very easy fold.

IAmClutch is the villan. havnt tangled with him much or anything and he may not be too nitty. just wasnt doing alot

So we're ok with a fold here?

usually i'd say folding AK when you flop TP in a 3-bet pot isn't good, but if there is a hand to do it, this is it. the board is as dry as could be, and i really can't see him limping in w/an AQish type hand, and is see this being a bluff very rarely. I think you could include A3s/A8s in his button limping range, as well as 33 of course. maybe 88, but i think players like him raise that pre-flop. and i don't think he ever raises a weaker A in this spot.

3bet pot what?

guys nobody is suggesting he is valueraisin AT-AQ here or "seeing where he stands" or such nonsense, but i do think this isn't a terrible spot to bluff with missed PPs (or whatever) when the two people in the middle fold.

1) it's pretty obvious on this board/preflop that MIT has a big ace or AAA and i don't think button is wrong to assume that most tags are folding everything but AAA here.
2) he's putting in 120 to win 89 and i think this works WAY more often than it needs to.

not saying he's capable of it but something about the raise and the raise sizing is fishy to me.

if he were to just call the flop the pot would be ~130 with just more than that behind. there are NO scare cards.

i'm just not sure i buy that we're beat here.

yea, i'm retarded and thought this was a 3-bet pot.

also, while your post makes sense, i don't see this player as the type to be making a move here ....even though i've seen tightish players do some crazy stuff lately.

fold, button called last, getting good odds, 33 88 like all the time, maybe A8s, once in a while you split AK, AQ might do this but I think that's all we beat, and our hand is SUPER TRANSPARENT, AK AA MAYBE AQs

thats a fishy looking raise. on such a dry board, if he had a monster, it would be a good spot to slowplay. he has position and everything.

this could be a bluff, but its so hard to look up this bet when its so easy to run into a set.

id fold it, but be watchful of him making any of these moves in the future.
