rivered top 2 pair, how to proceed?200NL

This may be an easy spot but I kinda didn't know what to do when i hit my second pair. how do people play this? The villan seemed extremily nitty and i hadnt seem him do alot. this was the first time i'd seen him raise,never mind min 3bet. his stats were 50/10/5.6 over 150 hands only.

there is obviously still a chance i am behind on the river, but how's best to play this for max value? bet/call all in? Bet/fold? check/call, or CRAI?
