ok guys. i'm going back on my diet. after this stupid holiday im back up to 199-200. i've been like treading water for the past few months and realized i just gained like 5-10 lbs int he past 6 months. 1500kcals/day with tennis 3x/week. i'm going to post my calorie totals every day in the monthly thread starting on nov 28th when i get back to Vegas.

glgl. on this topic...anyone have any tips for flatting out a stomach? ima small guy (6'0", 155lbs), an dont rly have any sculpt to me anymore (dont have time for the gym between school sched's saddly). however, my stomach has been expandin a bit, and its not beer-belly. cud possibly b a stress-pocket...but im not sure. looking to tone it down.

anyone have any suggestions?

wud a basic regiment of 45min/5days a week of cardio, with situps and silly nonsense work u think?

and if so, wud any dietary stuff need changing if its not terrible as is?

that would be fine.

diet is 90% of how good your body looks. i would definitely try to eat plenty of lean meats and vegetables and lay off the really bad carby stuff like bread or pasta.
