It's unreasonable to expect any statistical proof to be accessible to those uninitiated in the arts. But it's still useful. If we could come up with good statistical evidence, then this would be a threat over Absolute's head in the event they might ever want to get licensed by some real gaming commission. Also, it would convince some portion of the population that would be skeptical of the opinion of pros about what are legitimate ways of winning. Some of those convinced could be influential.
