I guess you can see from this thread Donger that 200bb session downswings are inevitable for anyone who doesnt have an arbitrary stop-loss limit. Since avoiding these terrible sessions is impossible, the only thing you can do is try to use some psychological tricks to keep you from getting too upset/depressed.
When I have a really bad session I prefer the time tested "counting your blessings" approach. For example, If you have a large penis, just focus on that after you lose alot of money, or if you have a hot girlfriend just think about her. I usually just think about how lucky I am not to have aids; that all my limbs are still attached; or that I never got caught for statutory rape. Then I usually feel better.
