Raising pf is somewhat marginal, I like to have a read before I open with QJ. With the bb sitting out, you can make an argument for raising, but you raised too much. 250-300 does the same job as 400. As played, yes you priced yourself in thats why we raise less pf so we can get away from marginal hands.

The marginal part is kind. I hate the raise oop to almost any caller with a hand that is too weak to play early. Other than that I totally agreee with the above.

Pretty standard stuff to adjust your open raise from ~3x to ~2.5x when your stack is shorter as here.

raising is bad. risk/reward is bad(as we now see) weve now effectively gotten most of stack in w qjs. you can't fold bc blinds are doubling. give you chips or give you death.
