i'm pretty sure he has a low but is this a worth while call? if he had aces i think i would of heard earlier on but he did catch a 3rd heart. i think i may have the best high hand but is it really worth calling 2 bets to get to showdown when even if i have the best high hand on 6th he has outs to beat me.

Nope, I dump it. There's nothing in the pot, you're almost certainly playing for half, and he can still outdraw your Jacks if you're not already beaten (hearts are really live too). You're basically putting in 2BB for a chance to win .7BB. I fold it without a bit of regret.
