Wingows.com cashouts

Is anyone a member of this site? I have been trying to cashout and my cashouts to epassporte keep getting denied. Also support never responds to my emails. Is this site a scam?

I am a member of wingows.com. They have always cashed out to my Epassporte account and responded to my emails. It is true that about 3 months ago, they had some difficulties and cash outs to Epassporte took a long time. But I received every one.
Posters on ITH have reported rapid cashouts from Wingows.com to Epassporte in the last few weeks.

Well the thing is they havent even replied to any of my emails or gave me a reason why my cashouts were denied. Are you able to get replies from support?
