Default Yeah, but from my point of view... (A HULA Playalong)

I thought this hand was interesting. I don't usually do play-alongs, so if you guys want to humor me, let's produce some discussion!

The main theme of this is that from his point of view, my actions might look like fluke luck. From my point of view, they make sense. This is also true reversed of course. Hands he plays might look flukey on my side but reasonable to him. Of course it doesn't help much at the tables, but it's a dynamic that is somewhat important for the metagame I think.

I make no claims that I played this hand perfectly. Discuss!

20/40 HULA, Level I
- Villain sitting in seat 1 with 1310.00 [Dealer]
- Hero sitting in seat 2 with 2690.00

Preflop: Hero is BB with: T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].

Where are we in the match? This is the perfect hand to mix it up w/. Both calling and 3betting are fine.

IIRC, nothing too out of the ordinary. I think opponent might be starting to tilt but there's no real solid evidence that he is. Few lucky breaks here and there for both of us but I don't think anything too flukey, but that's just me. Our stacks sizes have been steadily fluctuating around a 400-500 chip range for some time. Maybe 10-20 minutes? This hand is about in the middle of one of these swings.

agreed point in the match is crucial. If I have been kind of running things for a few hands I think I just call. If my opponent has it's 3 town baby. At least that's how I'd play it, but I am donktacular heads up.

Genuinely forgot about this yesterday. Clearly there have been better playalongs.

Hero checks, <font color="red">Villain bets</font>, <font color="red">Hero Raises</font>, <font color="red">Villain 3-Bets</font>, <font color="blue">Hero ??</font>

Too laggy? Good semi-bluff? Insane? Perfect? Iffy?
What's next?

Doesn't really matter what you do preflop. I'd check-call the flop.
