Is 3 betting this guy with KQo too marginal? I've actually been trying to 3-bet a bit looser, since in the past i mainly only 3-bet JJ-AA, AK. What is a decent 3-bet range from the button? Also, post flop is this spew or even marginal with the K high FD?

SB was 56/16 and short stacked and EP limper was 30/0 over 120 hands, super passive fish. I really wanted to shove since i figure SB is shoving ATC and EP limper is likely on a speculative hand as well and his cold call is just horrible here regardless of what he holds...

hand 1:

once he calls flop you have no fold equity whilst your own equity in the hand just plummeted with the (for you) blank turn. are you repping the ace? check/fold turn. pf 3-bet is fine given read

hand 2: I fold. You will not hit the flop hard enough often enough and you have a RIO hand should an ace flop.
