Getting Sports Stats

Hey all,

Anyone know of a website that has team stats for the 4 major sports that can be downloaded into an excel spreadsheet? I'm lazy, so I don't want to do it myself. Also, I'm cheap, so I don't want to pay for it. If you know of a pay site though, please let me know.

I found this the other day. I'm not sure what type of stats you are looking for, but there is a lot of stuff.
