Default I miss a lot of spots for sb vs. bb steals - Teach me rule of thumb!

Hi

When I review my speed SNG's (using SngWiz), I find that about 75% of my -EV plays are when first to act and failing to push Any two from smallblind vs bigblind.

Ie some of these:

Party 11$ speeds

How do I make myself remember, I need to push these? Do any of you have some simple rule of thumb, I can apply here to make me remember to push these?

Pushing either of these is fine in a vacuum against someone you haven't played with much that doesn't know what you're doing.
