What he should have done is go to blackjack, roulette, and whatever other table games they have, and 30-table for max bets. If he loses any of the money, he loses it to them, so they wouldn't really be able to go after him legally or anything, and if he wins a few hundred thousand, he has a chance of getting to keep it. Maybe whatever technician that f'd up on party, just goes in and takes the 43 million back out w/o paying any attention to his total balance/acount history. This money could be chip-dumped to friends, since Party likely performs some cursory investigation for any large cashout.

OP, Party gave you a huge freeroll and you declined to take advantage.
