Default 2/3/3 Live: Facing an all in/What to do?!

Was at the California Grand Casino last night and came across this hand. Thoughts appreciated.

Blinds: 2/3/3
10 players

Hero:150
Villian:125 (Villian has lost 3 buy-ins. over-values mediocre hands and is also very drunk)

Pre-Flop

Hero is on the button with Q [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]J [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

7 people limp, Hero makes it $25. Two callers including Villian.

Flop: A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]3 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]10 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

Villian pushes all in for $100

One folds, Hero tries to decide what to do. Pot is about $185, cost me $100.

When she pushes all in, I am confident that she has an Ace/weak kicker or a weaker-flush/straight draw.

Seems I am only behind a set, about even with an A.

Call. Assuming villain has TP, you are even money, and you getting almost 2:1. If villan has a set, you are a roughly a 3:2 dog, and you are still getting odds.
PS..was the drunk chick hot?

LOL i wish, but no, more of a hmmmmm.....masculine chick if you catch my drift. Tuff in these positions to call when facing an all in but I figured i had 16 possible outs and if I hit, I had a chance to an additional $150 for hitting a royal flush.

Just on a side note, what changes do you guys make when going from a normal NLimit game to a Spread NLimit? I figured it was mostly a pot builder and didn't see any need for a change but thoughts are appreciated.

this is a far easier call then if villian shoves on a J x x board.
