Yeah I think it's time to push. You might get called incorrectly by a decent PP or even clubs. If he is on a club draw and is blocking, we should raise to charge him.

On the flop, I think you should 3-bet his min-raise. It's possible that he has over-pairs, over-cards with FD. I 3-bet and call the shove.

As played, I shove the Turn.

100% correct. Pushing will minimize your win if you are WA, whereas calling allows you the opportunity of having lesser hands pay you off.
Taking a few hints from PNLHE, you need to do two things here:
1) Plan your hand NOW (are you willing to stack off here? Make the decision now, not later)
2) Understand that if you bet 1/3 your stack, in theory you are pot commited.
