PLO on Stars Beginner Advice

Guys:

Looking for some advice from veteran PLO players on Stars as to the best way to get started. I have played PLO off and on on Bodog and have done quite while, but have recently moved over to Stars and want to go about building my skills in PLO the best way possible.

Great resources on here? How many hands should I play of 10/25 before I move up to 25/50? Other suggestions?
