I would have played it the same mayhbe a bigger pfr raise and a bigger turn bet but I guess you are good most of the time there. The 4 would be surprising and he could have TT KK AA, but most of the time he proably have air JJ or an overplayed ten.

It seems fine. The only thing that's really scary is simply Villain's "I'm a fish with a monster line" (flop check-call, turn checkraise), and I'm not giving an unknown credit for 4x in this raised pot when just 100 BB deep. And hopefully he doesn't have a limped TT or AA/KK either.
