Through 192 hands (most from datamining), villain has a VPIP of 15.1%, raises preflop 13.02%, and hasn't done much yet for the hands I've been at the table.

I am not sure about that one but my guess would be that prelop fold is decent and that you could only call on the flop since you are not much ahead of his range. I don't see him calling w/ worse than you have very often there.

I agree unless he is a very loose 3-better he range is too wide and you are beat most of the time. I dont mind the call but i would be calling to flop a set then prob c/f most of the time.

His range looks to be JJ+, AK from preflop but I dont know why he would PSB the flop, considering your raise/call preflop shouldn't he be putting you on 77-JJ and AK/AQ/AJ? If so I would have thought he would want to 1/2 to 3/4 bet the flop and hope you pushed with your overpair or tried to bluff with your 2 overs. Do you have an AF post flop stat on him?
