Default Problems OP is Clearly at Fault *Title Change*

Hi

I want to know if anybody has Problems getting his RB from raketherake via a Prima Skin ?

I have registered at Purple lounge and i am waiting since Juine 4th for my money from June and if i look in my Accoutn there is 0.00 $ Rake produced for this month (should be 700$) .

I got the confirmation mail and then i send 16 mails to raketherake (not all were answered) to clear the problem.

They blame it on purple and i talked to the Support of purple which told me that they solved as problem 3 Weeks ago .

So anyone similar problems ?

Prima room rakeback is automated by the poker room itself, not by RakeTheRake. You will be fine.

I'm sure RTR will answer this shortly. Keep in mind it is the weekend though but I'm sure they will check the forum at some point this weekend.

Hi FastEddie70

OK firstly sending an email to Jessica, and ccing Admin, Support and Accounts counts as 1 email not 4

The problem as you know relates to your Alias.

You contacted us a few days after registering with us telling us that your rake wasn’t showing up and telling us that your Alias was: Fasteddie35
We had no reason to doubt you were sending us the correct information so we checked the Purple reports…

Purple use Income Access for their affiliate reporting
Your Alias was showing up on the Income Access reports as

Fasteddie35á

We asked Purple to fix it…
Purple have asked Income Access to fix it…
Income Access have fixed it.
So all should be fine.

But now you are saying that there is still a problem…
So I just checked your account with us…
It seems you registered your Alias at Purple wrong with us initially…
Here's your original email from 5th June.

I have just signed up with Purple Lounge Poker.
My Alias is: Fastedd35

[/ QUOTE ]

Clearly it is not. It is actually Fasteddie35 and so that is why the system is not showing any rake for you.

I will amend your Alias in the system and your rake will show up when the next data is uploaded

I have also emailed Purple to find out about your rake for June (As RedLion mentions below, you should have received it automatically from them. We do not control the payments for them)

We have responded to all your emails since signing up assuring you that your rake is registering and giving you rake updates constantly via email whenever you asked. You have replied to all of those so I'm not sure we could have done any more to help resolve this

Best wishes

Just to follow up...

One of the Purple employees who lives nearby to their office just went in to check and it seems your rakeback for June (just over $200) was put in your Purple account on the 2nd July

So really this post never really needed to be made...

Regards

OP, learn how to use your brain before you make posts that could potentially hurt other's successful business. OBviously you are clearly at fault and on top of that have have wasted everybody's time.
