Default hypothetical NFL question

Okay, lets say you hand select a defensive team (11 starters and replacements, nickel package, etc), and you hand select an offensive team (11 starters plus packages).

The offensive team gets the ball on their own 20 yard line (80 yards from the endzone). What percent of the time will they score on the handpicked defense? What percent TDs and what percent FGs?

Assume that both teams get ample time to play together to develop chemistry, etc.

My first guess is that they score about 35% of the time...23% FGs and 12% TDs. But that's just a quick random guess.

Are we assuming these are all star teams or random NFL teams?

Guess I worded it confusingly....allstar teams. you select individual players (but again, they have ample time to gel as a unit).
