idleminer problems

I emailed idleminer support and am waiting for a response but in the meantime, I thought I'd ask the good folks at two 2p2 the same question in hopes of getting a faster response.

I want to try the absolute version. But, every time I hit start, idleminer just closes out. Anyone have any ideas about this.
