Got the book. It is about lessons from poker that apply to law. Published by Oxford University Press. I am not a lawyer, but I think it is useful to a poker player also in a reverse sort of way.

My version was written by Michael Lewis. Nice book, talks about finance mainly.

That is "Liar's Poker". It is very entertaining, but has nothing to do with poker. As you said, it is about the financial industry.
