Default adjusting to micro stakes from 200nl, advice needed on bankroll.

To the micro stakes community,
I have recently had to cash out a massive chunk of my deposit(non-poker related reasons) and am planning on rebuilding through micro stakes games and various sngs. I am totally new to the micro stakes world and was having some real teething issues.

I am normally a sLA,A player or LAA deping on the table but have reached the understanding that I will now be called down alot more with TRASH than I have ever experienced before. I understand this and have tightened up significantly and I have found multi-tabling 4 tables rather than the 3 i am used to has helped me significantly(i only have 16" screen laptop).

I have a few questions however to keep me on the right track. I am operating off a $300 bankroll currently and am intending to make steady progress to 1k in the coming weeks. What is generally accepted a good winrate at this level? After 20hrs(and a v.bad start) im running at 12.4bb/100 hands. Is this a standard rate for 4 tables? My other question is concerning rakeback. I'm on stars and obviously it is not available to me here. Is it going to be worth me looking atound for a compatible site w/ rakeback?

Any general advice to aid with my adjustment would be greatly appreciated or any other issues I should be considering

I am sorry for how slowly this post reads, it is 4.46am here in irelande de nord and I have just finished a 20hr shift at the tables,

Thanks. Deviset. 6 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]6 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]6 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

1 - 5PTBB+
2 - Yeah that is standard for a good player.
3 - FTP with RB is better than stars without if you don't play much volume.
4 - Play TAG/NIT
