Depends how tight he is. If he only raises 5% pre-flop, I think folding the flop is good. If he's a loose raiser, shove the flop. But given that he's raising OOP, I think AA / KK hands are the majority of his range.

short stacks tend not to raise with wraps, I probably fold flop. I definitely fold the turn because with two queen blockers, opponent's range is aa/kk. preflop is fine.

with no stats I just shove the flop, short stacks are more retarded than the other two posters seem to think. Preflop is good.

With no reads, just shove the flop.

That said, there is a ton of players at .5/1 against whom folding on flop is correct.

Call preflop, shove the flop. Plenty of AKJT/A234 hands in his range.
