I hated turn and river, really had no idea what to do. I think maybe I got both wrong.

I think that I check this turn and I c/c this river unless it gets mucho action. Vs a big field I don't think you're ahead here often and you have almost no chance to win with a bet. Hopefully button checks and you get to see a free river. If button betts and everyone calls, I think you may be able to call because of pot odds.
