@ the most recent Borgata WPT back in Jan. they started players off w/ 30K in chips for a $10K BI w/ blinds of 25/50. So the one upcoming may mimic this.

Two notes:

WPT Niagara isn't starting 800bbs deep this year, and thank god for that.

Borgata structure for Sept. is the same as it was in Jan. The structure is slightly better then that of WPT Niagara when I did a comparasion. 75 min Levels but lots of smaller jumps.

Overall for structure the Borgata is the best I've played outside the ME.

I would say the ones directed by Johnny Grooms or Jack McClelland would be good choices. The ones in LA would be a good choice also.

Good question. I would rank the "best" structures as follows:

Group 1:

WSOP ME (10k), 2 hour levels & many levels make this the best structure in spite of a relatively fast start.

Group 2:

LAPC (Commerce) 10k, 9 handed throughout
Borgata 10k, shuffle machines
Aussie Millions 8.2k
WSOP-e (london) 20k
WPT Championship (Bellagio) 25k

Group 3:

Belagio Five Diamond 15k
Fallsview WPT 9.3k

Honorable Mention:

Foxwoods (10k), EPT Championship (13.6k), Bay 101 (10k)

Note: USPC 2007 structure is significantly worse than 2006 structure (75min levels + fewer levels).

I don't play 10k events with "horrible" structures, basically all the EPT events other than Monoco Championship, the new Caesars Palace 10k, etc.

Actually the EPT event that we played recently had amazing structure, and the final table structure is even better because they don't change anything for the television broadcast.
