Do you realize the [censored] you'd be in for if a teenager leaves and kills someone drunk driving? Or if the cops show up. Are you even old enough to cosign on a home loan? This idea is retarded and sounds like something a middle school student might think up.

It's an awesome idea. Some points to consider though:

- Smart thinking about not being at the party. However, the cops are gonna ask how they got in, and eventually they'll get to you. Which is why I advise you to trick one of your enemies into cosigning. That way, you can later claim the parties were his.

- Look into some bouncers or sth. You don't want a bunch of drunk high schoolers thrashing your house. Have you considered the financial implications of this?

- You might want to keep access somewhat limited, given the illegal nature of this venture. You don't want the word to spread like wildfire to some do-gooder's parents. I'm thinking password or secret handshake.

I can probably think of more things, but don't have the time right now. But a lot of it is common sense stuff, and you're probably smart enough to figure it out for yourself.

Oh and don't forget the TR of course..

Word spreading like wildfire is great, until it gets to the cops. Not being there won't matter, your name will be on the lease and you'll get busted. Your landlord or whatever will evict you. People will steal [censored]. Good idea though
