Default How much of a tool is this guy?

Alright, here's the info:

-Favorite band is Incubus. Close behind are Jack Johnson and 311
-Wears cargo shorts every day
-Brags about how drunk or high he is pretty often. Always eats tons of munchies while high and giggles at himself.
-Is a frat boy (or a "fraternity man" for you frat nits)
-Tries to act tough to his girlfriend around other people but is actually completely whipped. Girlfriend confirms this.
-Is a front-runner, meaning that he cares about sports and brags about his teams only if they are winning.
-Writes off global warming as stupid because "[censored] man, it's pretty [censored] hot outside".
-Is a Republican because "that's how [he] was raised". Never actually thinks about these things for himself.
-Is Christian
-Has a Dell computer

1-10, rate him.

1 being not a tool, 10 being a tool, he's about a 3 or 4.. front running is stupid, and if he doesn't know about global warming or politics, that doesn't make him a tool.

I should clarify the Christian thing. He's Christian in the sense that he'll go to church on easter and say he's Christian if asked, but that's it. He drinks, smokes, has gross sex with his coked-up girlfriend, etc.
