Default 1-2 Nl Good spot for a river bluff?

Villian is pretty much an unknown, seems kind of loose passive, so is this a good river to push against a virtual unknown or is it just a spew?

So this isn't ever going to get villian of a smaller flush?

How weak is check/folding the turn? Our hand beats literally nothing on the turn.

This might fold out something like KQ/KJ without a club but that is literally it. This is really bad, IMO.

I think check folding the turn is weak, villian could have floated w/ a decent amount of things I'm ahead of.

What hands would you expect me to get looked up with on the river?
